Guiding Light

Being a light to provide a path so others can find their way is important, but when the light is only lit to shine a specific path, it loses its guiding effect.

There’s no such thing as one way to wake up from the sleep of unconsciousness and it’s just about impossible to see exactly what another person experiences because no one travels the same exact road in the waking up process. I find it quite amusing the way some people project their waking up process as being the way it is. This is not to say this isn’t the way it is for that person, but that’s their experience and it’s very unlikely that two people let alone many travel the same road to waking up. I know for me I just try to show people to look inward so the can come to their own conclusion to finding what will provide them their peace. I seriously doubt that anyone went through exactly what I did to get to the place I’m in now so why would I expect anyone to see things as I do.

I’ve found there are as many roads to peace as there people traveling and none of them are wrong. I don’t know and don’t really care what road one travels, it’s not my place to judge. Although I understand the conditioning in place is in control, I really find it funny when someone goes against what someone says because “they put it out there so it’s fair game.” To me the bottom line is to show love and respect to everyone, even if their way is not something I’ve experienced. The only reason someone shares something is because it’s what’s in place, and its not up to me to judge it because it’s “out there” but it is up to me to watch my own tongue and make sure it’s not forked, as this will only dim the light that others may be guided by…

Awakened Possibilities

The more awake you are for life the more it seems to cooperate with you. This doesn’t mean everything will be as you want it, but what happens is this allows more possibilities…

Life will occur whether you are awake to see what is happening or not. What an awakening affords a person is the possibility of a different reaction to what arises and thus a different outcome. It’s pretty much a given what arises arises, there’s no much that can be done in that regard, but how it affects a you has many possibilities. Years ago there weren’t many possibilities to my reactions, they were all based in a very limiting self serving perspective; this was just the way I was conditioned. I wouldn’t have allowed anyone to do half of the things I did to myself, but yet because I didn’t know any better lo and behold destructive reactions were normal for me. Without an awakening of the conditioning in place today it wouldn’t be possible to be anyway except how I was…

Although today life is still life and what arises, arises, without the self serving view not being as prevalent as it once was, it has opened up so many more possibilities in my life. What’s truly beautiful about this is my destructive reactions are less and less; on their own. Being aware of the way you react to what happens is where possibilities arise from. When you’re stuck in one view, you‘re limited to that view and the possibility of reaching your full potential is iffy at best. The more you’re in harmony with life the more life cooperates with you. This doesn’t mean everything will be perfect or go the way you think it should, but the imperfections (only because of a self serving view) won’t limit your possibilities…

Never Settle

You can hope for the best in life and let the so called chips fall where they may, or you can take control of your life by utilizing the most beneficial resources available that allow life to be lived to the fullest…

You wouldn’t settle on anything but the best doctor if you had a life threatening ailment. I know I would do the necessary research to find the best doctor available. Why is it that we look for our answers out there as our first choice when the most beneficial answers you’ll ever find are within yourself. We’re the best source to finding answers to what ails us once we have a proper diagnosis, this is when the necessary action can be taken to help heal our ailment. We have to use the most beneficial resources available for our answers, which are always within. Quietness is needed to innerstand this, without it the mind makes you think the most beneficial resources are out there somewhere.

This innerstanding will not occur on its own, it’ll take a willingness to allow this awareness. Without awareness it’s almost like picking a doctor through the old method of using the yellow pages in a phone book: remember them. Would you really take a chance like that? What is more important than your own life and having control over it? You can leave it up to chance, hope for the best and leave it at that or you can use the most beneficial resources available to do what’s necessary to cooperate with life so you’re in harmony with it. Life can only be what it’s made out to be and making it a master piece can only be done when the most beneficial resources available are sought out and utilized. Either you do this or you settle and let chance determine how life will be. The choice is yours, it’s your life and using the most beneficial resources will allow it to be lived to the fullest…

Silence Teacher

Only when there’s silence will you innerstand how to love yourself. Silence is waiting to embrace you, but it’s you who has to make the decision that will allow silence to be your teacher…

I share for one reason and that’s to show the possibilities that are afforded a person when silence becomes your number one priority. What has transpired over the last few years in my life is a direct result of silence. Silence can only be a teacher if it’s allowed to teach. It will teach you so much more then the limited noisy mind can conjure up.

This is important to understand because anything is possible for anyone who allows the silence of the Universe to become your guiding light; blessing are bestowed upon the silence not the person. Silence is the recipient of the blessings. It‘s through silence that the love of life can be returned. That is the difference in being guided by silence or being guided by your Conditioned Mind. We are all of love, but the more silence guides you the more you truly love yourself and the more in harmony you are with the Universe. An emptying of the mind is needed if you are to be guided. Only in silence is this allowed to happen. Silence is waiting, but it‘s you who has to be willing to allow it to be your teacher…

Truth Known

When you know the truth there’s no need to listen to the made up lies, yours and that of others, and how to be sure it’s truth is by not needing to defend it…

Very few people really want to know the truth about things because it would mean letting go of some deeply ingrained Conditioned Mind Patterns. It would also mean that maybe someone else had it right. It doesn’t really matter what you believe because any belief is just a made up version of truth; many hold onto this as if it’s real. Beliefs have no facts associated to them so there’s nothing that can honestly be held onto as truth. The mind justifies everything to make you think your way is of truth, but mostly it’s accepted prior to investigating if it’s so. How you can know if something is of truth is by not needing a definition to describe what it is.

In quietness truth becomes known and because it’s known there‘s nothing believed and nothing needed to be made up. Stick with the facts and you won’t give in to the countless lies of not only your own Conditioned Mind, but also the Conditioned Mind of others. Put stock in what others say and give them power over you. In matters little what others think of you especially when it’s only their judgement. Many see the speck in someone else’s eye, but miss the log in their own eye. When truth is known, one doesn’t have a need to defend it nor to listen to any of the made up lies; your own and that of others…

Circled Thoughts

If you keep allowing the past to circle the present the past will be where you live your life. This is unfortunate because all of the emotional pain of the past will also be circled around the present…

The amount of times you circle back to something that causes emotional pain is mind boggling because it’s your own mind that does this and it probably happens thousands of times throughout your life. This is why most people suffer endlessly because what happened in the past is circled around the present and although the body is always in the present moment, the mind is constantly circling somewhere else. This is the constant state most people live their life from and if nothing is done to change this the mind will circle back until existence in this form ends. This isn’t a philosophy or theory nor is it something I made up, you only need to look at this for yourself to see this truth, but if you don’t you’ll keep circling in your thoughts without a way out.

As a species we seem to be lost in this circling and it’s because looking at ourselves in an investigative way is not something that many people are willing to do. It’s so much easier to circle pointing the finger at someone else, but unfortunately when you point your finger there’s three pointing back at you; check this to see its truth☝🏼You can ignore this and keep the circling thoughts that everything will work out or you can take control of your life to some extent and stop attaching to the circling thoughts that cause your own suffering. After all the same thoughts constantly circle so if they’re not attaching to them eventually they’ll stop and so will the circling emotional suffering they cause…

Higher Alignment

There’s a higher self that’s always there, waiting. When stillness is innerstood beyond the attachment to stories and thoughts, there’ll be an alignment and connection with your waiting higher self…

You’re not always aligned with your higher self and this your misgiving. It’s not that you can’t always be aligned, but you’ll have to do the things that allow it. Your alignment is in relation to how much you try and control your life; this is thought based. Granted certain aspects of life need to be controlled, but the parts that are beyond your control, why do you insist on controlling them also?

There’s the part that’s the carnal self; the one who is controlled by the senses. This is the human aspect (thought based) of who we are. There’s existence beyond the carnal self, this is beyond anything physical, beyond the thought process. It’s the self, but not in a conceptual way. It’s the energy beyond form, but the form itself is energy, it’s just that your thought process needs to make it solid so it can have something to grasp and make sense of. This is what thought is, but true existence is beyond thought. It’s pure Universal Energy, it’s who you are before your existence in this form begins and it‘s who you are when conditions no longer allow this form to exist and it ends.

To go beyond thought one must go beyond attachment. This is when you’re in alignment with your higher self. It can be called our soul, life eternal, nirvana, bliss, etc, but words aren’t needed to innerstand your higher self. Actually words hamper your alignment because the word itself is a thought. When you learn to just be and not have to attach to anything to make it who we are (a thought) that’s when you’ll innerstand who we truly are; thoughtless, formless pure energy; this is your higher self…

Conditioned Intentions

You can only do what the conditioning in place allows so unless you wake up to see what that conditioning is, it will remain in place and will be the driving force behind your intentions…

Everything reached for is a coping mechanism you have been conditioned to use and although using different things produce different outcomes, the core of all reaching is the same, it arises from the lack created by your own mind. This lack is what causes you to constantly need to reach for something, the lack isn’t real, but the Conditioned Mind makes you believe it is and the ensuing behavior manifest to fill this need. The Conditioned Mind says, Hey you have lack and you need to reach for something to fill it, according to what conditioning you have in place, that will be what you reach for; sit and ponder this for awhile.

Until this lack is understood and the diabolical Conditioned Mind is seen for what it truly is, suffering will remain because you will always have a need to reach for something to fulfill the arisen desire to fill the lack. There’s nothing inherently wrong with this, but when lack is the driving force of existence it will keep the mind in a constant state of agitation. This cannot be seen by a mind that’s locked in a state of lack, only a quiet mind state will be aware of this. The reason why anything is reached for is because one thinks there’s a need for the present moment to be different; this is the lie of the Conditioned Mind. You can only do what the conditioning in place allows and unless you wake up to see what that conditioning is, it will remain in place and will be the driving force behind your intentions…

Justified Conditioning

Not justifying everything that’s done creates the slightest of cracks in your conditioned armor. This allows a sliver of awareness in to change the way things are looked at…

Awareness can be described as noticing the different mental factors that arise in each moment. It doesn’t prevent what arises or what happens, but it can lessen the reactions and some of the consequences associated with what arises, but only if there’s awareness and no attachment. Nothing inherently on its own causes problems for anyone. Alcohol has never poured itself down someone’s throat, it has to be reached for. Heroin never forced anyone to put a needle in their arm, same reaching. It’s the individual alone who reaches for something; this goes for anything. Granted most of this self harming reaching is done blindly, but I do what I do today to try and shed light on this. I know a thing or two about this blind reaching because I did it for forty nine years.

So many things blindly controlled me, until there was awareness of this the reaching continued its onslaught of control. How this reaching gets deeply engrained is by justifying everything that’s done. From pointing out the faults of others, to being nasty to people, slander, and so many other justified behaviors, all they do is keep the conditioned mindset in place. Awareness this is being done is the first step in breaking the chains of your conditioning. Stop looking out there for answers, stop blaming and talking about others, in other words stop justifying everything you do as being right and this just may create the slightest of cracks in your conditioned armor which may allow a sliver of awareness in to change the way you look at things. After all, if the way one blindly looks at things doesn’t change, the onslaught of being conditionally controlled will remain…

Instrument of Love

If your life is to be a product of love, love will have to be what’s at your base. No instrument can play itself and you cannot produce a life of love if love isn’t in your heart…

To be an instrument of love means one thing and one thing only and that is to be an example of love in all that you do. Not a love that is manufactured by you, but by a love that comes through your heart from God energy. It doesn’t mean you have to make others follow your way because the most important thing to realize is this is not your way; it‘s loves way and that is what people will follow. To be an instrument of love implies just that, to be an instrument. No instrument can play itself so the better the musician the more beautiful the music. That’s how it is with us, the freer you are of the self serving mind by relying on love the more your life is a reflection of that love.

Remember no instrument can play itself so things need to be done so it stays finely tuned. Even a master musician has a difficult time producing beautiful music with an instrument that’s out of tune. Music can be produced just as our life is still lived even though are actions aren’t based in love, but it just won’t reach the true beauty that the instrument is capable of producing. Its full potential won’t be realized because the untuned instrument can only produce what is there. A life that isn’t based in love cannot produce love, just as an instrument that’s out of tune can’t produce beautiful music. So our journey to be instrument for love will manifest when we live in a way that will produce the necessary action for this to occur. An emptying of our heart will be needed so love can fill it up. If its not totally empty of our self centeredness, it will not be totally filled by love. It’s in God energy that all life exist, it’s in God energy that life becomes of the spirit. If not you will continue to be filled by the self serving mind and you will be an instrument to only satisfy your self…

The Moments Movement

Life is constant motion, it never stops. If the moments movement is noticed it will allow much more understanding of your life than if you’re blindly controlled by habitual mind patterns…

If the moments movement isn’t seen that’s when the habitual conditioned mind patterns take over; it’s just the process in place. You can be in a state where you‘re happy and out of nowhere arises something that triggers one of your habitual mind patterns. Depending on what it’s based in will determine if you are still happy after it’s attached to. This is how it works, we’re pulled around by patterns and the moments movement is unnoticed so it’s controlling energy attaches to what pattern is associated with the moment. This is where everything arises from, feelings, emotions, sensations, and whatnot, hence the puppet on a string syndrome takes hold if the moments movement isn’t noticed. Think about this, you can’t have any feeling or emotional swing without attachment to the moment. Most people don’t really have an inkling of this and because of that very few truly live life. I don’t say this in jest, I’m no different although I probably notice this a little more nowadays.

Here’s something to do to possibly understand the moments movement a little better, make a commitment to sit for a certain time, say thirty seconds, keep it real. In those thirty second just watch moments arise, watch their movement; a thought arising and just notice the movement. Just sitting, looking, acknowledging, noticing, letting it arise and pass; all of this is just the particular moments movement. This should help in getting a better grasp on the moments movement. Increasing or decreasing the committed sitting time is up to the individual or don’t sit at all and remain a slave to the moments movement as it arises and habitually controls your life. It’s each moments movement that makes life what it is and if this goes unnoticed so will most of your life…

Insight vs Intellect

Life can be understood intellectually and although you may be alive, without insights that allow you to go beyond the intellect it doesn’t mean you know how to live…

Having insight into something is very different than having an intellectual understanding of it. Growing up I didn’t have much understanding of what life was about nor was there awareness of the self centered view I developed. This created a delusional existence and although I was alive I didn’t understand how to live. Fast forward to my late twenties and because of dire circumstances I was forced to change the way I was living; for me this meant stop relying on destructive coping mechanism. Granted just by doing this my outer life changed and my intellectual understanding of life became different, but the self centered view that was developed did not; thus the only thing that really changed were my outer circumstances.

This went on for forty nine years at which time something happen that allowed me to look deeper into myself and a shift occurred that produced insights which changed the developed self centered view. This is when my intellectual understanding of life began changing to heartfelt insights and I truly started to change; from the inside. One of the insights allowed was seeing how the self centered view was at the core of all my delusions. This insight was so powerful that to this day it’s the base of every insight; when the self centered view is in place nothing new is allowed. I had a very basic intellectual understanding of the self centered view for many years prior to the shift that occurred when I was forty nine, but this knowledge produced very superficial and limited results. It wasn’t until my mind started settling that these insights began manifesting. They changed me from an intellectual understanding, and although there’s nothing wrong with intellect, if it’s not incorporated with inner insights life will be superficial and limited at best…

Blind Awareness

Many are blind to what an awakening is, for those awake there’s simply awareness of this blindness. Remember this, the blindness that tells you to do something is the same blindness that questions why it was done…

All blindness is created by your own mind and until there’s awareness of this the blindness remains. One of the most important things to realize when it comes to removing the veil of your blindness is the mind that tells you to do something is the same mind that questions why it was done. Think about how it’s your mind questioning itself, so what you are basically doing is arguing with yourself. What’s crazy about this is it’s almost like there are two entity’s with different views. This goes on in most lives every single day without realizing it, but don’t be fooled by the questioning because even the view that isn’t questioned creates just as much blindness; to be awake is to be aware of this blindness.

An awakening isn’t a magical state, it’s becoming aware of the thoughts that hold you blindly in captivity, that’s basically it. It’s in this awareness that one naturally stops attaching to these blind thoughts. Being awake doesn’t stop them from arising, but with the awareness they’re there blindness of what happens when there’s attachment is seen. Until this is realized the mind that tells you do something will blindly continue to question why it was done, and there will continue to be blindness as your own mind holds you in captivity…

Mind/Body Connection

When it’s learned to keep your mind where your body is, most of the problems you think you have will go away because the real problem is the mind lives in a place other than where your body is…

If you ever want to truly be happy, joyous, and free, learning to keep your mind and body in sync is imperative. Whether this occurs consciously or unconsciously it’s the only way the happy, joyous, and free state will occur. Some do this without being aware of it and others develop a practice to acquire a mind/body connection. Mostly it has to be practiced because of all the influences that aren’t conducive in making this mind/body connection one’s natural way to live. It’s the natural way to live, but it’s not known because of all the influence that don’t support it.

All it takes for a mind/body connection to occur is just look inward and wherever your body is that’s where you are. Although the mind will tell you this is ridiculous, truth is just look inward and see where you are as opposed to where your mind is at. The disconnect from being where the body is as opposed to where the mind is causes most suffering. This is because over there is a mind made story while being where your body is isn’t. Without a mind made story life can be lived as it truly is; with a mind/body connection that keeps you right here instead of over there somewhere…

Lies Create More Lies

A life created in lies can’t be fixed with the same lies. It’s not that truth has to be known to change this, but the lies have to be revealed if you’re to cease using them…

It’s very difficult to explain truth because there’s so many different perspectives of it. Instead of trying to prove what truth is I say explore what a lie is. A lie is something that has no real facts at the base of its creation. Perspectives aren’t factual, they‘re created to suit some sort of belief. When I’m asked if I believe in God, I answer that I believe in facts which is based on what is experienced; that’s why I only share what has been experienced. I don’t see the benefit of creating a story about something to suit a mind made lie. Fact, love is more beneficial than hate, patience more beneficial than being impatient, kindness is better than being mean so I learn what the blocks are to living a factual life so it’s of maximum benefit to myself and to all beings. Truth will be known when your lies are revealed.

The biggest lie in place is material things will satisfy you, this is reinforced everyday. It’s a lie which is at the core of our entire misaligned society. It creates all kinds of issues as a society. Religious sects all claim to have the truth, no facts, just their truth. Politicians pretend to fix problems based in lies with the same lies. The entire entertainment and sports industry are based in lies that create the false impression of the haves and have nots which creates separation in our society not unity; there’s never truth when there’s separation. There’s also the lie of social and career status. Lie after lie after lie, and what happens to a society when this is its base, we become a society of liars. Not because we want to and not because truth can’t be known, it’s simply because the lies in place aren’t understood…

Present Moment Focus

Everything arises from silence, but not everything is heard from present moment focus. Freedom from the known can happen, but only when it’s learned how to truly listen from present moment focus…

It matters little what you hear, but how you listen does matter in the sense if it comes from present moment focus. There’s all kinds of noise around us most of the time, but what’s mostly heard is labeled from our impulses and opinions. Freedom from the known can happen, but only when it’s learned how to truly listen, and you can only listen from when you’re present moment focused; this is when you truly hear. Present moment focus arises from silence, there’s nothing to think about in this state. A dog barking, a car beeping its horn, a helicopter, a waterfall, a plane, all sounds can be heard and as with any sound they can annoy you or the can anchor you in the present moment. There’s so much noise that goes on in the head, but it has nothing to do with the surrounding sounds.

Everything arises from silence, but not everything is heard from present moment focus. As I was sitting in my backyard the other day listening to birds chirping, the neighbor preceded to play music very loud to where my opinionated serenity was disturbed. I immediately took a deep breath and realized that although I was enjoying listening to the chirping birds, I wasn’t in present moment focus. If I was when the sound changed to what arose from the silence, in this case my neighbors music, I wouldn’t have been disturbed. One deep breath showed me this and it allowed the present moment focus of the sounds that were happening at that moment instead of the mind agitations of my impulses and opinions…

Trapped in Belief

When there’s a need for a belief that something outside of you will provide peace, you’re trapped in this thought. Until this is seen you’ll remain trapped in the belief that peace is outside of you…

There will never be peace in life if you’re trapped in the belief you can find peace. Peace is something that’s already within everyone, but because of the way our minds are conditioned, we get trapped in the belief that peace is something on the outside. Unfortunately beliefs are what makes the very thing you’re seeking elusive. Our beliefs are the reason there’s constant reaching for something from the outside and until these beliefs are no more, you’ll remain trapped in the thought that peace is in the next thing reached for.

The thought of being at peace isn’t peace. What has to happen if you’re to ever be at peace is there has to be an innerstanding of what’s blocking your peace. The reason why there isn peace is because of the inability to just be. When the need to reach for something arises, the entrapment to belief begins. This is a conditioned cycle that’s very difficult to break. Peace isn’t something that can be grabbed so it’s in doing less that peace arises. Many get lost in trying to find peace, but since it’s something that’s already within, the belief associated with finding it needs to be discarded so you can see it. This isn’t easy to see so I assist in any way that I can, but this isn’t done to help you find peace, it’s done so you can uncover the reason why you’re trapped in the belief you’re not at peace…

One View Limit

No view is wrong, but if you only have one it limits life and in the process it doesn’t allow any other results except those from that one view…

Changing views is what makes life different, but it doesn’t make what happens in life different, it only makes the view of what happens different. If you’re locked into a certain view this only allows one way of seeing things. The more that view is based in the intellect, the harder it will be for there to be a shift to see things from another view. Not that there’s anything inherently wrong with the intellect, it just doesn’t allow for much openness. When one sees things from a view of only one way, it limits life to that one view. Most times this view isn’t even one’s own, it’s formed from someone else’s opinion, teaching, book, video, or discussion.

To be fixated on one view keeps you entrapped to the results of only that view; think about how limiting that is. No possibility of another view, always going down the same path, never allowing any new. This is so limiting, but with only seeing things through one view how limiting this is will not be seen. Sitting and developing discipline so the minds grip lessens can assist in possibly altering a one view mind set, but there has to an inkling there’s another way to see things. It’s not that your way is wrong, it’s just that having only one view limits life and in the process it doesn’t allow any other results except those from the one view…

Hiding From Yourself

It’s a great relief to accept yourself as you are because the only real misery is wanting you to be in some other way. When it’s realized you have been hiding from yourself there is peace…

When one awakens the great secrets of the Universe aren’t revealed, although in a way they are, what really happens when one awakens is you stop hiding from yourself. That’s the main attribute of waking up from the sleep of unconsciousness, it’s not knowing what life is all about, it’s more so not being concerned with what life is all about. The hiding, searching, reaching, need to do ceases and it’s realized what you have been running from is yourself. It’s a great relief to accept yourself as you are because the only real misery is wanting you to be in some other way. When this is seen the need to be right, and also the need for things to be different especially yourself subsides. When you stop hiding from yourself you stop searching, this occurs naturally. I hid for forty nine years and it nearly cost me my physical existence, I didn’t have a mental existence because of how the Conditioned Mind controlled me.

Basically this was my awakening, to see that I was always hiding from myself. It was revealed to me that I could stop hiding and I was going to be okay. This is a beautiful space to be in, it’s the space where the peace that passes all understanding arises. It’s not a magical place for a select few, it’s a place where everyone’s heart dwells, one just has to stop hiding to experience it. The possibilities when you stop hiding from yourself are endless, there are no blocks here so creativity arises. No one knows what might arise, but I can tell you this, when you stop hiding from yourself reaching for things stops and life is lived in the peaceful state of accepting yourself as you are because nothing more is needed…

Loving Kindness Awareness

When there’s awareness of your self centered behavior, that’s when the blocks to your own innate loving kindness starts to fall away and you begin to see life differently…

The awareness of loving kindness was alway missing in my daily activities and it caused all my problems. This is where the Conditioned Mind comes into play and causes havoc. It affects every aspect of your life in a non loving way. I can’t say there wasn’t love in my life, but by not understanding what I know today, I can see how fleeting it was because the desire to self serve was overpowering.

To me everyone has loving kindness in their heart, but it gets pushed so far down that stories of love are made instead of being in touch with it naturally. When this occurs loving kindness becomes a doing when it’s naturally something that just is. Loving kindness isn’t something that can be manufactured, it either is or it isn’t. It doesn’t pick and choose, it can’t, love just loves; unconditionally. The thing with love is most think it’s a wishy washy state of mind, but it’s not really anything, it’s just love. An applied label doesn’t enhance it, only the awareness of it allows its natural state to be. Love affects everything as does the lack of it, when there’s awareness of this the heart opens and one loves unconditionally because that’s how love naturally rolls…

Possessive Thoughts

Life happens, but it’s our own thought process that makes it what it is. Our mind creates our entire world through the possessiveness of thought…

There are things we would rather not happen in life, but they do happen and they have to be accepted or there will never be peace. At least to the extent where one can be with what’s happening instead of getting bogged down in wanting it different. Although the small stuff can seem difficult, the life altering things can seem devastating if there isn’t an awareness of how it’s the Conditioned Mind that makes this so. Loss of loved ones, rejection, homes destroyed; along with all our possessions and memories, accidents, illnesses, these are just some of the occurrences that can alter our state if they’re not accepted for what they are; and what they are is nothing but a thought.

Life occurs and through thought it appears as the mind makes it appear. There is nothing to life except what the Conditioned Mind makes it out to be. Our own mind uses thought to create an entire existence that’s only a relative reality. The more life is lived in this manner, the more difficult it is to accept what happens. This lack of acceptance is only because of a lack of innerstanding of your thought process. It’s your own thoughts that create the appearance that life has difficulties and this happens because one is trapped to the thought that everything is as it appears, but innerstand it’s only because you’ve been conditioned to do so…

What’s There Perfection

Most people will say life is perfect if everything is going their way. It can always be perfect regardless of the circumstances, but only if it's seen how all things are impermanent, including life itself…

On a scale of how life is measured if you think it’s less than perfect it will be, but if you only give it lip service and say it’s perfect, it still won’t be. I equate this to whistling in the dark to keep away the bogeyman, as long as you're whistling the distraction will keep it in check, but the moment you stop, it will return. The key is to identify why you think life isn’t perfect and be with it as it is. People say be positive, but being positive to me doesn't change the facts of why I am labeling life as less than perfect instead of perfect. Not so pleasant stuff does happen in life and if it's just masked over it becomes engrained as an energy pattern in the subconscious that never goes away. This is how life becomes a mundane instead of perfect. Life itself is always a perfect, it's people who are conditioned to make it something else, this is another lie of the Conditioned Mind.

It will be perfect when life is seen in the light of how all things are impermanent including life itself. Believe me I get it, being ill, losing a loved one, and many others things that occur in life suck, but what makes one think it sucks is the attachment to them. Labeling it that it sucks doesn't change what's occurring, it only changes where life is put on a measured scale. When the true essence of life (impermanence) is understood, it puts it at the scale of perfection regardless of what's going on because it’s seen that one day life in this form will not be so…



Bridging the Gap

Silence is where love bridges the gap of our humanness. This bridging comes from life itself, it’s not a doing or it would already be so. Silence is the bridge to the true essence of life…

In silence is where life truly occurs. Silence is where love bridges the gap with our humanness. Be with what is no matter what it is because it‘s what's there or it wouldn't be so. What's there cannot be changed until its not there; accept life as it is. Don't suppress it, let it flow. Any change needed will come from life itself, it’s not a doing or it would already be so. Sit in quiet, see who is sitting, who wants life different. When this self is no more that’s when life becomes different, with the difference being no longer will your humanness matter because love bridges it and takes over.

Sitting allows the mind to settle because it allows the noise in the head to subside. It will settle on its own when there’s alignment with what is. Don't think about who you are, be who you are. Your I Am needs nothing added to it to be, it’s our true essence; anything added is a story created. The more one lives by this added story the less silence there is and the less love bridges our humanness. When our humanness becomes life based, love is swallowed up under its created stories.

Just be with whatever life offers. No second thoughts of why this or that is done, just be with it, don't suppress it, let it flow. Sit often, don't attach and the mind will settle, or not and it won't. Either way life occurs, it’s just that in the silence of what's there, love bridges your humanness…

Conditioned Ignorance

As long as there's conditioning in place there will be ignorance energy in your life. This energy arises as what's seen through the eyes of the Conditioned Mind and doesn't reveal what's truly going on…

Often how things appear to the Conditioned Mind isn't actually how it is. If you truly want to see what's going on, going beyond your conditioning will have to happen. If two people are looking at same thing there’s usually two different opinions of what is seen, and than there's what's beyond the conditioning of the formed opinion, this is the truth. It's the old adage, there's two sides to every story, there's my side, your side and than there's the truth. To see what's beyond the conditioning you only need to stop labeling what is seen. Stopping the labeling process allows the mind to slow to a point where heart space opens up. It's imperative for this to happen if the conditioning that's been formed over the years is to lessen its grip.

The Conditioned Mind is so misunderstood and how this is known is because of the behavior that's in place. I look to my own reactions to know this and in the process I can see it in others; this isn't a judgement, it's factual. Know your own conditioning and you will know the conditioning of others. This is because we are all of the same energy, but not the same conditioning. Who among us is from somewhere else? Creation is creation anyway it's sliced. When the conditioning is seen for what it is, its energy begins to transform in a direction that reveals truth. As long as there‘s ignorance of this, the conditioned energy remains as the operating energy of life. This conditioned energy arises as what's seen with surface eyes and takes on many forms, but the bottom line is it's the conditioning in place and it doesn't reveal what's truly going on…

Need to Know Mind

With all the constant labeling of the “need to know” mind being put in place, this creates story after story of a life that is made up instead of living from a place where life arises without labels…

The labeling process of the mind isn’t needed to live life, but by the way the mind is conditioned it makes you believe it is. This is a major deterrent in living truly living life because with preconceived notions it puts a limit on everything. This could be called the “need to know” mind. This mind state blocks out the ability to live intuitively because it needs answers regardless if they are true or not. The Conditioned Mind creates labels just so it can l have issues, even if they aren’t beneficial.

The Conditioned Mind labels and creates issues where there aren’t any just so it has something to do. Does it not? Examples would be the weather, other peoples behavior, politics, sports, traffic, and so on. This is a dilemma because these things are used as distractions that keeps you from experiencing life beyond the noise. The Conditioned Mind creates these issues which creates a self that latches on to the labels because they‘re thought to be needed. This then creates story after story of a life that is made up instead of living from a place where life arises without labels.

The “need to know” mind does this all the time until it becomes known that this is being done. When you can look in the mirror and not see a created self, it will be the beginning of the end of created issues because although the mind may still try to create them, there won’t be a self who says “I need to know”. The mind will then settle and life will be lived from a place where there isn’t a need to know and without the “need to know” mind being in control, the labeling process will no longer be needed to live life…

Learning Presence

If you’re ever going to truly be at peace, learning how to be in a constant state of Presence so not to allow your mind agitations to take control is what needs to be learned…

Until you learn the discipline that allows the mind to settle in Presence, what’s used to quiet the cravings of your mind agitations determines your state of being. There are many many things used to satisfy these agitations; your conditioning determines this. Whether it’s sex, drugs, alcohol, food, false pride, trying to control life and others, talking about others in a slanderous way, or whatever it is that’s being used to satisfy these agitation, it will be craved until the agitation is satisfied and subsides. Something is needed to quiet the agitation until it’s learned not to allow it to arise.

When this mind agitation arises if the necessary discipline to allow Presence has been developed your reactions will be based in love. If not what arises will probably be of a self serving nature and manifest in some form that’s probably not conducive to your well being. That’s why it’s best to develop Presence that allows the mind to settle because it doesn’t allow it to become agitated.

If Presence isn’t developed the arisen agitation will constantly have to be satisfied, and they will be satisfied I guarantee you that. We are all conditioned and controlled by our mind agitations. That’s why it’s so important to practice disciplining your mind because it‘s the only way that I know to stop the mind agitations. So learn to sit and be still in Presence because the choice is to be agitated and allow your mind to control you like you‘re a puppet on a string. This choice is always yours…

God Energy

God energy is enough because in this energy we are one and since God energy is love we are love. Nothing needs to be added to be enough because we are already all that we can become…

A benefit that you’ll acquire by innerstanding what the practice of quieting the squirrel cage mind does is instead of striving to become, you’ll be guided by the Creative Intelligence of the Universe (God energy) and be in harmony with life. You will realize you are complete just as you are and nothing added can make you more complete. This is priceless because when this is experienced there’s innerstanding the difference between being and doing, and you will stop doing for the sole purpose of being. Right now, even though it may not be known, you are already all that you can be.

At the base of this understanding is God energy or Universal Love because that is who you are, nothing more can be added that would make you be something more. Even if you found the cure for cancer, it wouldn’t be enough unless it was derived from Universal Love, but it wouldn’t be the cure that would be enough, it would be the love behind finding the cure. Love is enough, only the self-serving mind needs something more in the form of an object, but it’s not really needed it’s only the ego that makes life into a belief something is needed. A belief isn’t real, it’s only a story made up by an self-serving mind that needs to become something. There aren’t any facts to a belief, but what is factual is Love; a belief or a story isn’t.

Simple realize you are who you are, it’s who you have always been and who you will always be. This is not a belief or a story, this is a fact. You cannot be anything but who you are, if you want to believe you’re a story that is who you will make yourself out to be, but it’s not who you are, it’s only your story. When this is innerstood there is peace because you stop striving to become something different. This is when the striving to become ceases and love is enough, it’s because you realize love is who you are. God energy is enough because in this energy we are one and since God energy is love we are love. Nothing needs to be added to be enough because we are already all that we can become…

Thoughts of Love

The thoughts you think can be cultivated to be based in love, but it’ll take much practice to develop the necessary discipline to notice the nonsense of your unguarded thoughts…

There are as many different views of life as there are people. Not any one is entirely right or wrong. We each have our unique way of perceiving and interpreting life, but that’s not where our differences manifest from. The base of what’s perceived and our interpretations are where our differences start to create separation in unity and that’s when there’s conflicts; this conflict is with yourself. If we all viewed life from the base of love, love would be the base of existence.

Life is Universally base in love, but then comes each individual perception and interpretation; this is where the break down occurs. Because the mind isn’t taught discipline as we are growing up, it runs rampart trying to satisfy pleasures and desires that are created by an undisciplined mind. Our unguarded thoughts are our greatest misgiving; to ourselves and to all beings. That’s why we’re our own worst enemy.

If all we had were thoughts of love conflict within ourselves would be non existent, and if we have no conflict with ourselves we wouldn’t have any conflict with others. No one can do the harm to us that we do to ourselves, but when the mind gets quiet and this becomes known we can start becoming aware of our unguarded thoughts and stop being our own worst enemy. We can then start loving ourselves the way the Universe intended, and in the process love all beings…

No True Void

There is never a void that isn’t created so there is never a true need to rely on anything from the outside of yourself; until this is seen the void will remain in place…

Think of this, every time someone goes to a program designed for a specific issue because they believe they are this or that, or a person goes to a therapist, or they reach for another self help book, or if any other type of outside help is sought, because of the applied label of having a void to fill, all you’re doing is reinforcing the attachment to that label and hence you’re keeping yourself in bondage to the void that exist only because you have created it. Read this very carefully because why this label is being applied will be the difference in breaking free from your void or remaining entrapped to it. It’s not that some of the above things mentioned don’t have value if needed at certain times in life, but if they’re being held onto as an end to a means, they lose their value as the needing morphs into a void.

Not many will see exactly what I’m talking about here, but I’m writing it because it’s what was experienced after many many years of trying to fix an internal void which was self created, with things from the outside. The very things that were used to fill this void is what kept it in place; this was regardless of what was reached for. Why this void is created is what one needs to find out because it doesn’t truly exist; since it doesn’t exist why is it there. To me if something from the outside is needed to live life something internal isn’t right. If you can’t just be with yourself without the reliance on something from the outside you have to ask yourself why this is so. There is never a void that isn’t created so there’s never a true need to rely on anything from the outside of yourself: until this is seen the void will remain in place…

Puzzling Solving

Through the way we become conditioned, we see life as if it’s a puzzle to solve so it fits into certain spots, and because of this we are constantly working on solving a puzzle…

The issue with having to constantly arrange life as if it were a puzzle is it’s made up, and even if your story is the puzzle is solved, the mind begins a new puzzle almost immediately. Life is continuous, it’s broken up into segments (puzzle pieces) by a mind that’s in a constant state of agitation. If this wasn’t true, you would see the puzzle was already solved so you wouldn’t constantly need to solve it. It isn’t because of anything right or wrong that makes you see things in this way, it’s because the mind has been programmed to do instead of be so it can only do what it’s programmed to do.

The Conditioned Mind sees puzzles all over the place. The shortest line in the supermarket, traffic, diets, to do list, and so on, all this manipulating is strictly done to put another piece of the puzzle in place; which one thinks will make life perfect. Let’s say everyday is a new puzzle, that would mean in sixty years roughly 22,000 puzzles were solved, all for the sole purpose to constantly have life the way you think it should be. After all nobody purposely gets in the longest line at the supermarket, but if you did nothing would really change except for maybe not having to constantly solve a puzzle to make life complete…
