Uniting Energy

Uniting energy comes from a sacred place, it’s not a place that’s associated with any activity, it’s a place which simply connects us to each other…

In my experience uniting energy doesn’t expand on its own, it needs others. Deepening a connection with others deepens uniting energy which is what connects us. If uniting energy connected us to each other, there would be no more hate because we would fall over each other; it’s in this space for each other that the unity of life is experienced. A smile, a warm embrace, the magnificence of love, and the deepest connection of our hearts. Loving oneself and others is the unity energy that connects humanity, these are experiences from the sacred place within.

I don’t really know what life is about, but I do understand how uniting energy with others is sacred. When this is experienced it leaves one speechless. For me because of this uniting energy, I have been speechless many times in the last sixteen years. I’m using the words uniting energy to describe this, but words cannot truly explain it. I watch in awe as I explain what I went through to someone and see unity in their eyes, to me this is our energy uniting. Uniting energy comes from such a sacred place, it’s not something that any human activity can make happen. When there’s uniting energy with others there will be unity with ourselves and with all humanity…

Beyond the Senses

If you can develop some awareness of inner stillness, the sense perspective will have less control as your mind agitations subside, and without these agitations you’ll never have a need to reach for anything…

If you’re always seeing life from the perspective of the senses, the seeing will be judged accordingly and what’s going on beyond the senses to form those judgments will not be noticed. Although with a senses minded perspective life still goes on, it’s just very limited, almost to the point of being purely superficial; I know this from experience. The superficial existence was self created and was controlled by the senses perspective; although this wasn’t understood at the time. A sense perspective life is one where there is constant reaching and the reaching is caused by the senses created mind agitations which aren’t seen. This is why someone will reach for anything without giving it much thought regardless if it’s beneficial or not. In that moment the Conditioned Mind deems it beneficial, but this is a big fat lie.

Beyond the senses perspective will only be noticed when the mind stops its incessant busyness. You will have to be able to just be for the busyness to subside; you will not see the essence of the forest from the trees if the mind is busy focusing on the trees. This sense perspective is strictly mind based, hence the reason it’s not conducive to your well being is it’s unstable, as there are so many objects to see, one right after another. This is why the big fat lie is in the forefront of most lives and stillness takes a back seat. If you can develop some awareness of inner stillness, less and less the sense perspective will be in control because the mind agitations will subside. It will be at this point that the need to reach for something will be no more, it will probably be the first time in your life that your senses aren’t in control…

Agitated Expectations

Agitated expectations are noticed when things aren’t as they are wanted, but even when things are in your favor, the expectant mind still has agitations because of the way it clings…

Let go and be free or hold on and suffer, those are the choices. Expect things a certain way and when they aren’t in that way the next step in the process is to react to the results of the agitated expectations. When there’s expectations there’s agitations and when you cling to those agitations it’s because of clinging; this is the development of an agitated mind. The more you cling the more there’s agitated expectations. Even if your expectations work out the way you think they’re suppose to, there’s still agitations, but they’re not noticed as a problem because the situation is as wanted. The agitated mind clings to everything that’s labeled, and it labels everything so there’s clinging to everything, but it’s not noticed because the focus is what’s wanted.

Life is one continuous expectation, but it’s only in the disappointing agitated ones that you think the mind clings to; most are unaware of this moment by moment clinging process. When the mind quiets enough to understand this, the labeling process of everything as this or that lessens and so do the agitated expectations. This results in a mind that is free, and without these agitated expectations it’s just about impossible to suffer…

Determined Eyes

When you have eyes in place that sees things as they are without any association to selfishness, it opens up a different way to see life which allows for experiences like never before…

The eyes in place to view life determine the way life is seen and what’s processed. The most common eyes process things as objects and holds onto them in association with a selfish created identity. What happens with these eyes is they goes through the senses and everything is associated with selfishness as it becomes the base of life. With this association, a limit is created because a label is attached to what the eyes see; everything is processed through selfish eyes in some way.

Obviously the eyes seeing things as they are will take some practice so life is viewed in this way. The more it’s done, the more you will experience life like never before. It’s unfortunate as objects viewed through the eyes of selfishness is so limiting, because it’s the usual way of the Conditioned Mind, most people are unaware of it. That is until now because my articles shine a light on this for all to see. The eyes seeing things as they are is how I’m able to write an article everyday for the last ten years. I’m not special in any way because of this, I’ve just been afforded the luxury of not having selfish eyes in place 24/7 that limit my view of life. The eyes seeing things as they are allows for experiences as never before, and it’s now available for all to eye life through…

Unsettled Mind State

Although the pleasures of the world take on many forms, it’s the unsettled mind that makes one seek them. This unsettling can only be satisfied in stillness because when the mind is still there is no unsettling…

One aspect of the Conditioned Mind is how it’s in an unsettled state most of the time. The unsettled mind likes to keep all the pleasure thoughts and discard the unpleasant ones; it spends most of its time doing this. Whether it’s weaving in and out of traffic, only to catch a red light and have all the cars you passed pull up to the same light, or doing something and asking yourself why you did it. The reason for doing this is to strictly satisfy your unsettled mind. That your own mind questions why you do what you do is how diabolical it is. But understand it’s only this way because of the way the mind has been conditioned to be in a constant unsettled state.

The unsettled mind in seeking mode is not one which has our best interest at heart, but the Conditioned Mind doesn’t really care about that; control is all it cares about. It makes you think seeking pleasure is a necessity, but when the mind starts to settle and loses its grip on you, you will see the fallacy of this. True pleasure is in stillness not in things; the pleasure of stillness is not the same pleasure that the world offers. The pleasure of the world is based in lies, the pleasure of stillness is based in truth. It’s only in stillness that the unsettled mind will quiet. Not because it gets what it wants, but because in stillness the unsettling never materializes…

Titles Have Limits

Every decision made to add a title to something limits it to whatever title is being applied. Concepts and beliefs are titles that limit what the Universe has to offer…

The Universe needs no permission to do what it does. It responds to things out of necessity, and it does so unconditionally, without deciding what title to apply. It exists as it is, adding nothing because it needs nothing; the Universe is self sustaining. It creates, it destroys, it neither loves nor hates in the sense of emotions; a title really can’t be applied to what it is. It’s pure energy and it’s from this energy that everything is created. This energy is existence in its purest state. The moment there’s a decision to title this, it loses its sense of purity.

Humans decide to apply all kinds of titles to life, but life needs no titles. The place of non titles is the only true place of existence; it’s in this space in the midst of the Universe that our true essence is. It’s a place that is here, there, and everywhere, but not titled as such. Stillness exists as life. If it’s decided a title is needed, apply it, just understand it’s a decision that limits. Once this decision is made it creates resistance, so make a decision to be in the unlimited space of what the Universe puts in front of you. The Universe is within each and every person. It’s where everything arises from, but it’s a decided title that limits the awareness of what the Universe has to offer…

Mind Trap

When there’s a need for something outside yourself it’s because of a mind trap. Until this is seen you will remain trapped as you seek to quiet your mind with the next thing you think is needed…

You will never find the peace you’re seeking because seeking is a mind trap. Peace is something that’s already within everyone, but because of the way our minds are conditioned, the seeking of peace becomes a mind trap. Unfortunately a mind trap makes the very thing you’re seeking impossible to grasp. A mind trap is the reason you constantly look for something from the outside. Until this is seen you’ll remain in a mind trap thinking peace is in the next thing reached for. Alcohol, gambling, drugs, sex, religion, social status, programs, therapy, self help books, politics, and on and on, this is proof that there’s a mind trap. I can’t stress this enough as this mind trap has to be seen if you‘re to experience peace in your life.

Why there’s a mind trap is because of the inability to just be. When the need to look for something arises, the mind trap begins. This mind trap is a vicious cycle that’s very difficult to break. Breaking free of the mind trap and being at peace isn’t something attained or achieved. It’s by doing less (detaching) that peace is experienced. Too many people get lost (mind trap) trying to find peace through outer attachments. Since peace is something that’s already within you, the mind trap is a circle because it becomes about finding what’s already there. This is not easy to see, but look inward so the mind trap can be seen for what it is; the cause of why there’s a need to seek a peace that’s already in place…
