Unknowingly Attavhed

When you’re under the control of the Conditioned Mind you behave in ways not because it's the way you want to be, you behave in ways because it's the way you have to be…

It was a lack of understanding of what I was truly up against that caused me to remain attached to it, and what I was attached to was my own mind that was conditioned to self serve. The problem with this type of conditioning is it causes your own destruction because the destructiveness is disguised as pleasure. This pleasure is pursued by many to their death. It was pursued by me in this way and I was at it's mercy. It said to me to use drugs, alcohol, gambling, womanizing, lying, cheating, stealing and so on. This is how the Conditioned Mind is developed except for some who are fortunate enough to see this at a young age.

The way I was conditioned wasn't the fault of anyone in particular, it was instilled indirectly by the inner and outer influences of my life which molded me to behave in the ways my conditioning dictated. Not because this is how I wanted to be, but by not understanding this it was the way I had to be. You cannot behave in any other way except in the way you have been conditioned. Change the conditioning and change your entire existence or not and remain the same. The value of knowing my own mind is in the understanding there was no where else to turn; not to God, support groups, therapy, self help books, positive thinking, and so on. What I learned is when the Conditioned Mind is understood, the world is no longer in control, it's control slowly dissipates as one develops discipline; the mind actually slows down. Once this slowing occurs the possibilities are endless because there are no longer the distractions that keeps you attached to the conditioning. With this solid understanding of what you’re truly up against, you’ll be able to develop the necessary discipline so the conditioning eventually falls away…

I AM Direction

Existence is naturally spiritual so choosing I AM allows for you to come home, and although the mind will often wander, having I AM as a direction will keep you from getting lost…

All of life is a spiritual path and this is so even though a person may not be aware of it. When you do become aware of this it doesn't mean life becomes all that much different. What does become different is your view of life and this makes all the difference in the world. If your stuck in the trance of unconsciousness it's very difficult to see from the perspective of I AM and without developing this you’ll remain in the trance of unconsciousness. This is the trance of the world (form) and it's also the trance of suffering. It manifest in many ways this trance, but its base is in the form of worldly desires. I want this or that, buy this, use that, attain this, go here, go there, win this, learn that, and on and on. It's the way of the world which is form and it's the way of suffering because you're held captive to what the world makes you think you need.

The only way to break this is to constantly choose I AM when you notice you're in the trance of form. Since our existence is naturally spiritual choosing I AM allows you to come home. Although the mind will wander more often than not, with a practice in place to choose I AM when it does wander it gives you a solid direction instead of being lost; grasping for something the world of form makes you believe you need to feel at home. Since home is where the heart is in choosing I AM that's where you will live more often than not, but understand that’s only if I AM is chosen…

Thinking Delusion

Thinking manifest as whatever energy it’s given and self serving energy makes it delusional. This delusion blocks the natural inner resource of love from manifesting the truth that sets you free…

Nothing can truly deceive you unless it's allowed and what allows it but the energy given to thinking whatever it is that's occurring. When you understand the true nature of thinking you will see it’s only energy, not who you are. Thinking has no control whatsoever over you unless it's allowed, but understand it's only allowed because it isn't known how not to allow it. It's simplistic yet very difficult for this to be understood. We've been programmed to believe we are who we think we are,
but if you investigate this you'll see this delusional fallacy. Thinking occurs as energy like, attachment to it is what gives it the energy needed to become a delusional story; an outright lie.

Look at why you think what you think is you. Freedom from attaching to thinking is freedom from your I Self. When this occurs no thing can hold you back from reaching your true potential and understanding who you truly are. You can only love yourself when you know who you are and you can only know who you are when you realize you are not who you think you are.. Even then you may not know who you are, but by knowing who you are not it creates enough space to at least allow for the letting go of the delusional belief of an I Self that the Conditioned Mind energy makes you think is truth. When this letting go occurs, it opens the heart to Universal Truth, a truth that can only be known by being still in the thoughtless realm of what is; it's in knowing this truth that you’re set free…

Developed Conditioning

As we grow up we develop in a conditioned way which allows for our development to be as it is. To put it simply, if the development was based in love humanity would be much different…

As I reflect back I see how many of the Conditioned Mind Patterns I developed were just part of what was there growing up. Nothing particularly right or wrong in this, especially because there wasn't much that could have been done differently. It's very difficult to act in a loving manner if that's not what's in place as you grow up. Some things are learned naturally, but everything takes some kind of practice. If you're learning how to catch a baseball, at first it's probably awkward with no knowledge as to the best way to do it, but the more you do it the more natural it becomes. This is beneficial if what you're learning is based in love, but part of the problem is when what's developed isn't based in love, it too becomes natural; this is why it's so hard to change. I knew what was loving and what was selfish growing up, but doing what was loving was not what was developed so being selfish was natural to me and there wasn't anybody who could tell me different because that's all I knew.

This selfish development caused much suffering because with this conditioning, there wasn't any room for much else to be seen. This is the monkey mind most people unknowingly have and it's a direct result of why humanity is the way it is. If we all grew up with our development based in loved, humanity would be much different, it's that simple. I know this because thirteen years ago I began developing a different base (one of love) and lo and behold things began changing. It doesn't mean it's always this way, but just as it is with learning to catch a baseball, it takes practice, and in this case it's done so the loving behavior becomes as natural as the earlier development of being selfish was…

Change Your Station

The only way to change the station of the mind is to have something in place that will allow it to be changed. This is where quietness comes in because without it there won't even be awareness of what’s playing…

I really enjoy music, the other night I caught myself listening to music and catching the last half of a song. When the song was over I began station surfing, looking for something to listen to. 10 seconds on one station, 10 seconds on another 15 on another, than another and another, you get the picture. How quick to change the station without hesitation, but isn't it amazing how we stay on one station when it comes to the mind. We're so reluctant to change the station even though nothing is truly on. Actually what's mostly on are replays, yet we'll often to the same station (thought) over an over. It's as if we're stuck on one station and don't know how to go to a different one and in a sense we are.

Think of something you get fixated on and see how hard it is to change your mind when its got you in its grip. I would say unless there's extreme awareness of this, changing your station will be very difficult, not impossible, but difficult. The only way to change the station of the mind is to have something in place that will allow it to be changed. This is where quietness comes in because without it there won't even be awareness what’s on. It may be a repeat using some fictitious name, but it's still a repeat. Watch the subtleness of this and in time you will see your mind for what it is and how it likes to default to familiar stations. The issue is you can get so comfortable with familiar stations that it's not realized the station needs to be changed; this realization will only occur if you have something in place that's worth changing to…

Weighted Adjustments

If life has to be a certain way for it to be okay, it's as if a weight is being carried around because needing life a certain way creates the load of having to make constant adjustments…

Nobody knows what this life has in store for them between the time they are born and when it ends. Today you can be going along with what's considered the perfect life and in an instant it can change, and it will for someone. Some turn of events is occurring right now as I'm writing this that's turning someone's life upside down. Moments ago it may have been just the way that it was wanted, but now all that has changed. So the point of this writing is it will hopefully allow you to take a moment to reflect on life needing to be a certain way for it to be considered okay and how when it changes there's a weight that’s carried around.

So much time is spent trying to maintain a certain existence and when the moment comes that it changes, will you be ready for it or will the change be resisted and hence will you allow the change to create an unnecessary load. Life is life and without a moments notice it changes and can even end; this is occurring right now for someone. The question to ask yourself is what weight are you carrying around that you deemed so important? If life ended right now, everything and I do mean everything you are carrying around will be let go of like it or not. It all goes away, none of it matters whatsoever from concern for children, parents, the state of the world, your favorite team, jobs, and so on. So why is it being carried around and allowed to weight you down? That's the million dollar question to ask yourself if you are ever to be free, or not and remain attached to the weight of needing life to be a certain way, creating the load of having to make constant adjustments…

Delusional Reality

To expose your created delusions, why they're being created needs to be understood. If this understanding doesn't occur the delusions remain as your reality which in turn makes your life delusional…

The way the base of your thoughts are formulated determines if you see what actually occurs in life or if life becomes the made up reality of the formulated thoughts. Because of the lack of clarity of truth in most peoples lives, this creates two realities occurring at the same. One is what is actually occurring and the other is your thoughts of what's occurring. The more unaware a person is of this the more their thoughts make up a delusional story of life instead of living a life of what's actually occurring.

If this is how you’re living it makes for a very unproductive existence because a made up life is being lived; when this is done your entire existence is delusional. It's like a magic trick, no matter how real it seems it's not. To expose what makes a delusion seem real and how the trick is done needs to be understood. It's the same with our life, to expose the created delusions, why it's being created needs to be seen. If this understanding doesn't occur the delusion remains as your reality.

Thoughts are the base of all delusions because without the belief of something (thought) it's impossible for the delusion to exist. All delusions start with a thought that it‘s real, but the thought isn't what's actually occurring so two realities are happening at the same time; one is created (the thought) and one just is. The one you live your life by determines if it's based in what's actually occurring or if you're living a life of delusions created by the Conditioned Mind. There's living your given life (what is) or there's life made up. It can be a delusional creation of your thoughts or it can be the reality of what is. There are always two realities to choose from, to expose the delusional one why it's created needs to be understood. If this doesn't occur the delusions remain as reality which in turn makes life a delusion…
