Outyer View Limit
If you only see things from an outer view it limits your view of life because it doesn’t allow for any other results except those from that outer limit…
Having more than an outer view is what makes life different, but it doesn’t make what happens in life different, it only makes the view of what happens different. If you’re locked into an outer view, this only allows the outer limit of the way things are. To me, the more a view is based in thought, the harder it is for there to be a shift to see things beyond the outer view. Not that there’s anything inherently wrong with the thought, it just doesn’t allow for much openness. When one sees things from the outer, it limits life to that one view. Most times this happens when the view isn’t even your own, it’s formed from someone else’s opinion, teaching, book, video, or discussion.
Being fixated on an outer view limits the results to that one view; think about how limiting this truly is; no possibility of another way. Always going down the same path, never allowing anything new. This is so limiting, if you only see things from the out there this will not be seen. Sitting and developing discipline so the grip of the mind lessens can assist in possibly altering an outer limited mind set, but there has to an inkling there’s another view beyond what’s out there. It’s not that the outer view is wrong, it’s just that seeing things this one way has limits which in the process doesn’t allow any other results except those from that outer view limit…

Addictive Reaching
Don’t let addictive reaching keep you in an unconscious state. All addictive reaching (attachment) has consequences regardless of what’s reached for…
If you’re always addictively reaching it’s because you don’t think what you have is enough. If you don’t think you have enough, there will always be something to addictively reach for. Reaching isn’t something that’s inherently a bad thing, why one reaches addictively is where issues arise; this is because one thinks something is missing. What is addictively reached for only matters to the degree in how the thing affects your life. The reaching to drink alcohol in access has consequences much different than the reaching to go to a program to stop using it. Make no mistake though, the reachings core is the same and that’s what needs to be examined. Don’t let the different consequences of addictive reaching lull you into unconsciousness because all reaching leads to bondage in one form or another; this includes all reaching.
You might say that’s not true, reaching to better yourself is a good thing, but that would mean you need things to be different to accept yourself. Accepting life exactly in the present is the only place the peace of not needing to addictively reach to have things different is experienced. I’m not saying don’t better yourself, but if it’s at the expense of your peace of mind, where’s the benefit. I say go for the gold, just understand even if it’s attained you’ll find it’s not providing the benefits you thought it would; shortly afterwards more gold will be addictively reached for. Investigate this and see how addictively reaching arises from desire, and desire causes bondage (attachment) which causes suffering. Break free from the addictive reaching of desiring things different and you will inevitably stop suffering…

Judged Thinking
Judged thinking keeps you attached to a world where there’s very little freedom because there’s very little room for truth. If you want freedom, judged thinking will have to stop…
The more your thinking judges something, the more you attach to those judgements. It’s difficult to experience the openness of something if you judge how you think it is. To remain open one needs to limit their judged thinking. This is essential if there’s to be alignment with the Universe and be free from the attachment of judged thinking. Being attached to judgements holds you captive and will need to be let go of if there’s to be freedom; this is very subtle. Even judging whether you agree with this post or not will keep you in captivity. This post can resonate with you without judging it, but judging seems to make the world go round. That doesn’t mean it’s a good thing, but that’s just another judgement.
I lived a judged thinking existence for most of my life, this caused much conflict within myself. If you’re really honest with yourself you’ll see that every disagreement you ever had with someone was caused by being attached to a judgement. I’m not saying you shouldn’t stand up for truth, but truly knowing about something and thinking about it are totally different.
There is a place of non judgment. If this isn’t understood you’ll never be free, and you’ll remain in an existence of your judged thinking. When you can just be with life as it unfolds and not label it as this or that, you’ll be on the verge of truly experiencing life, judgement free. When you’re not thinking of judging everything, there’s freedom to be with life as it is without the need of a judgement that keeps you captive to it…

A Fake Reality
To expose a fake reality, why it’s being created needs to be revealed. If this understanding doesn’t occur, creating it will remain which in turn will make your life a fake reality…
The way the base of thoughts are formulated determines if what’s seen actually occurs in life or if life becomes a fake reality of the formulated thoughts. Because of the lack of clarity of truth in most lives, this creates two realities occurring at the same. One is what’s actually occurring and the other is the fake thoughts of what’s occurring. The more unaware you are of this, the more your thoughts use a story of life instead of living a life of what’s actually occurring.
If this is how you’re living, it makes for a very unproductive existence because a fake life is being lived; when this happens a persons entire existence is fake. Fake thoughts are at the base of all this because without the belief in something (thought) it’s impossible for a fake thought to exist. All fakeness starts with the thought that they’re real, but the thought isn’t what’s actually occurring so two realities are happening at the same time. One is fakely created (the thought) and one just is. The one you live your life by determines if it’s based in what’s actually occurring or if you’re living a fake life created by the Conditioned Mind. There’s living your given life (what is) or there’s a fake life. It can be created by your thoughts or it can be the reality of what is. There are always two realities to choose from, but to expose a fake reality, why it’s being created needs to be revealed. If this doesn’t occur, creating it will remain which in turn will make your life a fake reality…

Inner Disturbance
All disturbances arise from within yourself; they’re from your internal mind chaos. Without discipline, the mind will never settle nor will the disturbance of needing things different…
The world is in a state of chaos, but not with each other as you may think, it’s with ourselves. The lack of understanding of your own mind is the cause of all disturbances; most people haven’t a clue this is the cause of all external chaos. We lash out at people, have road rage, try to change people, constantly seek to alter the way we feel because we were never taught how to just be with life as it is, and be with who we are as we are. There would never be a need for anything to be different if you had the ability to just be with life. If you don’t neutral accept how the way things are, what makes you think that if things were different there would be acceptance; you would still have disturbances that make you reach for things externally.
There’s external reaching because you want to alter how you feel. My mind was always disturbed, and because there wasn’t an understanding of the Conditioned Mind, my disturbances weren’t understood. It didn’t matter what happened, by not having the ability to just be the mind becomes disturbed and chaos arises. Nothing causes a disturbance unless it’s allowed. If something bothers you and it can be changed by all means change it, but it needs to be looked at why you’re disturbed to begin with. Even if the thing is changed, without an understanding of your own mind, you will just move onto the next thing which will just cause you to become disturbed once again…
