Non-beneficial View

If you can develop some awareness of inner stillness, your non-beneficial view will have less control as your mind agitations subside; without these agitations you will understand truth intuitively…

If you’re always seeing life from a non-beneficial view, what is seen will be accepted accordingly and what’s truly going on will not be noticed. Although with a non-beneficial view life still goes on, but it’s very limited to the point of being delusional; I say this because it’s how I lived for forty nine years and it caused my life to be a constant struggle. The constant struggle was controlled by a non-beneficial view, although this wasn’t understood at the time. A non-beneficial view is one where there‘s constant reaching, the reaching is caused by the mind agitations that aren’t seen. This is why someone will reach for something without giving it much thought regardless if it’s beneficial or not. In that moment the non-beneficial conditioning declares it beneficial, but this is a big fat lie.

The non-beneficial view will only be noticed when you wake up and see the constant mind agitations. You will have to be able to just be for the agitations to subside; you will not see the true essence of life if the view is agitated. This non-beneficial view is strictly mind based. Hence the reason it’s not conducive to your well being is because there is so much conditioning that causes the mind to be constantly agitated. This is why the big fat lie is in the forefront of most lives and stillness takes a back seat. If you can develop some awareness of inner stillness, less and less the non-beneficial view will be in control because the mind agitations will subside. It will be at this point that the need to reach for something will be lessened as it’s probably the first time in your life that the non-beneficial view has taken a back seat…

Limited Minded View

It’s your own mind that creates a limited minded view. If at some point your mind doesn’t settle, the limited minded view will remain intact and no new growth will be allowed…

If you only see through the limit of your conditioning, a new view will never be allowed; this doesn’t allow the mind to go beyond its limited minded view. It will take much investigation to see beyond the limited minded view because the view itself is what keeps you from growing. If this isn’t understood it won’t be seen, and if it’s not seen, there’s no way to go beyond your limit minded view. Faith, hope, and forgiveness are concepts that have been deeply embedded into the subconscious. You become conditioned by these concepts and until your own mind is understood, going beyond not only these limit minded concepts, but any concept for that matter will be virtually impossible.

There is so much being held onto without really looking if it’s truly beneficial. If you have a thought that you’re holding onto, guaranteed it’s not truly beneficial. You may wonder how I can say that since I don’t know you, but I don’t have to know you directly because I know me, and because I know me, I know you. I may not know what specific limited minded view has you in its grip, but it doesn’t matter because the nature of all conditioning is the same and that’s what needs to be understood.

You can only respond to what’s in front of you with the limited minded conditioning that’s in place. If you want to go beyond it, take a look and see if it unites or separates. Unity puts you in harmony with everything. Separation puts you in conflict with everything. These are two vastly different views, one binds and one frees. Although it may seem obvious which one does what, it will truly have to be investigated if you’re to see how exactly each of these manifest in your life. Life is always what’s in front of you, and although things may not always be as they’re wanted, until the limited minded view is let go of, new growth will not be allowed…

Misguided Mind Chatter

Misguided mind chatter won’t quiet on its own regardless of what beliefs you have. Beliefs hinder the mind quieting because they’re just a response to the misguided mind chatter that blocks truth…

If your misguided mind chatter is in control and running your life, it doesn’t matter much what’s going on, it’s going to be difficult to see truth. It’s such a misguided world and what makes it so is most people focus on outward answers to satisfy themselves. What the misguided mind actually is and how it’s created is by not being aware that you already have your answers and there’s no need to seek them. It’s such a misguided world and what makes it so is most people are misguided looking for answers for self satisfaction; the misguided chatter is created by not being aware of this. With a mind that’s conditioned to be satisfied you have to constantly look for it, hence the misguided chatter. This is how the misguided chatter of a Conditioned Mind is formed and how it blocks awareness of truth. It’s misguided chatter created because if you knew you were already satisfied, the need to look for it would be non existent and so would the misguided mind chatter.

Everyone has the ability to consciously remove the misguided mind chatter, but it’s not something that’s going to happen on its owns. It‘s beautiful that this is up to you. A little practice equates to a little truth so it’s up to each individual to do what’s necessary to stop the misguided mind chatter. As you practice being in the moment the misguided mind quiets and you’re left with truth. If you’re waiting for anything else you’ll be waiting a very long time as your misguided mind chatter will never allow you to see the truth…

Love Energy

Love energy is naturally free flowing because there’s no resistance, there isn’t a need to make love different. Selfish energy stops this flow because it’s based in trying to manipulate love…

Being aware of love at the precise moment it arises minimizes the selfish stories that are needed to make life the way you think it should be. Awareness of love stops the selfish story of the way you think something should be and allows the freedom of love, this becomes the beautiful view of the way that it is. After all, wanting things different is where all selfishness arises from. When you’re simply aware of love as it arises there isn’t a need for a selfish story so selfish energy doesn’t come into play as the love of your heart naturally becomes the beautiful operating energy of life.

Selfish energy becomes a created prison because it doesn’t allow for a natural flow of love energy; you become engulfed in the energy of selfishness. It’s the Conditioned Mind that cuts off the energy flow of love as it becomes the energy of the lower nature of self-centered nonsense. Why this energy causes issue is because it bombards love with an unnatural energy flow and doesn’t allow harmony. Love is naturally free flowing because there’s no resistance, there’s no need to make it different. Selfish energy stops the flow because it’s based in trying to manipulate love so what’s there is resisted to the point where the natural flow of love energy is cut off. The only thing needed for liberation is awareness aware of awareness, there’s no selfish energy here, there’s just the energy of love which is what’s actually here…

Unguarded Actions

It’s important to notice your actions because even if what you do comes from a labeled place of love, this label produces the bondage of unguarded actions which have complete control…

If you can’t watch your own actions to decipher if they’re truly beneficial, hold on because you’ll be taken on the roller coaster ride of life. Not that life does anything directly to you, but unguarded actions arise and they determines what kind of ride you’ll be on. Noticing your unguarded actions is essential if you’re not to be controlled by them. 

Thoughts that cause you to act are a natural part of life, they will occur. As far as I know there’s no way of controlling the first thought that arises, but I have found that noticing it allows for a split second of hesitation that can be used to decipher whether or not your actions are beneficial; remember attachment causes suffering, no matter how it’s labeled.

I often say the Conditioned Mind is diabolical because if there isn’t some awareness of how you’re controlled by unguarded actions, you’ll be controlled you as if you were a puppet on a string. So subtle are these unguarded actions that even if you’re doing things that are labeled as loving, if this isn’t watched, they will control you; bondage is bondage regardless of what label is applied to your actions. The Conditioned Mind is diabolical because of its subtleness in using whatever it can to remain in control of unguarded actions. This is also why it’s so important to notice your actions because even if what you do comes from a labeled place of love, the bondage this produces has complete control over you…

Beyond What You Think

Going beyond what you think is the gateway to truly being in harmony with life. Life’s energy will always be as it is, but you need to learn how to cooperate with it so your energy goes beyond what you think…

Visualize the ocean as the Universe and your thoughts as you’re swimming. You cannot swim without the ocean, but the ocean doesn’t need you to swim. It provides the place to swim, but not the swimming. You can swim forever, but it will always be a doing that’s using the ocean, and as the swimmer becomes tired, you’ll need something to hold onto or the ocean will consume you.

So what can you do to stop the constant thoughts (swimming) not as a temporarily solution, but one that will last and keep you from being consumed? You will need to learn to cooperate with the oceans energy and be in harmony with it. You can hope to find something in the ocean to keep you afloat, or you can turn over and simply float on your back. You’re still in the ocean, but now you simply align your energy with the oceans energy. You’re not fighting, grasping or hoping for something to come along to hold onto, you’re just floating on your back. Allowing yourself to be at one with the waves and thus you are using your energy to be in harmony with the oceans energy. 

Our thinking can be viewed like this, simply as energy. Life is also energy, which doesn’t need our thinking, but our thinking is from the energy of life. You can think forever, but it never becomes life, although it’s never separate from life. It’s just that the thinking energy is always grasping for something and doesn’t align with Universal energy. It’s when you become aware of your thinking through quieting the mind that you are in cooperation with the energy of the Universe and thus life. This is where you will find the stillness that allows you to be in harmony with life and stops the need to grasp for something that doesn’t assist in any way in keeping you afloat. Hence you are then aligned with the energy with the Universe, floating along in cooperation with life…

Surface Facade

The root of all struggles are deep, they’re not just at the surface facade. They’re rooted in the structure of how you think. If you don’t investigate this beyond the surface facade, nothing will ever change…

Changing the surface facade mind structure is like turning a ship. The intention to turn happens right away, but the turn itself is gradual. It’s as though we know we need to start turning right away, but we don’t see below the surface facade. Here’s a simple suggestion if you want to get in touch with breaking free of this ingrained surface facade structure; it’s not complicated. When you do something, investigate what the surface facade is. No reason to go back and look for a traumatic incident, why it’s seen only from the surface facade level is sufficient.

If the need to reach for something because life throws you a curve ball, and you don’t investigate why the need to reach arose, you’ll probably use a surface facade distraction not to succumb to it. By doing this you’ll never be free because you’ll never get in touch with why the surface facade is in place. Investigating why a surface facade is in place may be the most important thing you can do for yourself when something is done that’s not in your best interest. If you don’t, you will just substitute one thing for another and in the process remain trapped to what’s causing the need to reach. You may not like this post and you may even ignore it, but don’t be surprised when the next life curve ball comes and you find yourself reaching for something, you just won’t know why because you’re seeing it as a surface facade…

Sugar Trap

Reaching for sugar is directly linked to a craving that creates a trap. If you really want to understand your life, you’ll have to get very quiet and become aware of how subtle the sugar trap is…

Life through reaching for sugar is a trap, and this trap is constantly being set. Reaching for sugar is a labeled trap, but even labeling a glass of water is a trap; not a harmful one, but a trap just the same. When you learn not to label using sugar, you can become aware of the traps that keeps you from going beyond reaching for sugar. With this new awareness your mind finally settles enough to notice an expanded view. This is the initial awareness, but it will require much more practice to expand. The more it expands, the more you’ll have to let go of the material world which is a sugar trap. The more the sugar trap is let go of, the more you will understand the expanded view and the freer you will be.

The only reason there’s a need to reach for sugar by so many people is because the quietness that’s necessary to view it differently isn’t practiced. This isn’t inherently wrong, but it is limiting. Without the discipline to understand the difference between the sugar trap and the expanded view, there will be no difference and the sugar trap will be the only view that you will have. Not inherently wrong, but it is a trap, and what is trapped is your need to each for sugar…

Willingness to Change

People don’t change because the willingness to investigate why you do what you do isn’t given 100%: 50% willingness doesn’t get it done…

The idea of doing what puts you in alignment with love is much different than actually putting it into action. It’s not because it isn’t how you truly want to be, there’s just so much conditioning against you that without a 100% willingness, it‘s difficult to sustain a connection to love for a substantial amount of time. We all have times when it’s easier, but we also have our times when we say screw it and self-seek. Don’t be too hard on yourself, a lifetime of living one way will not change with a few sittings. The key is to remain willing on a practice that allows the self-seeking behavior to become less and less and for love to be more reflected in your actions.

Although love is natural, willingness is needed so there’s alignment with it. Sometimes it will seem like” what’s the use” but understand this is all part of the conditioning, the noise, the story, the unconsciousness, whatever you want to call it. Being constantly willing is a necessity if there’s to be change because the old behavior is so deeply ingrained to let go of control on its own. Why people don’t change is because the willingness to investigate why you do what you do isn’t given 100%. It‘s impossible to get more out of life than what you are willing to put into it. If you’re 50% willing, that’s what you’ll get and change will be minimum at best…

Conditioned Titles

When titles are held onto that are created by thinking which is noise, you can’t hear or see regardless of how much truth there is or lack of in what’s being presented…

What’s the difference if you think you believe in evolution or if you think there’s a supreme being, it’s really only a story that you make up and attach a title to. Or how about this, one day you think there’s a God and one day your mind tells you to think there’s no such thing as God; it’s the same mind creating both titles. Do what you may, but understand you make up your entire identity and attach it to a title created by your thinking Conditioned Mind. This is a powerful truth that most people will not see because there isn’t the silence necessary to see it. There are no real facts associated to any of your titles, they’re just a collection of thoughts. When there’s a lot of thinking that’s made into a story, that’s when your Conditioned Mind is able to create your title. I think I am this or that, but they’re all formed by thinking.

It’s like an addict, some use alcohol, some drugs, some gamble, use sex or even success. This is another one of those list that goes on and on, but the main thing to understand is we are all thinking addicts regardless of what’s used. It’s only being used to quiet a thinking mind agitation so you have a title for a story. You may or may not understand this, but most thinking is used for the same reason. God, no God, maybe God, alcohol, drugs, success, who cares, but you and the stories are all created to quiet a thinking mind agitation. Agree with me don’t agree with me, it’s your title, but if you can become silent, that’s when you will hear. When titles are held onto that are created by thinking which is noise, you can’t hear or see regardless of how much truth there is or lack of in what’s being presented…

A You and Me Story

Thinking there’s a you and me isn’t true disunity, it’s only a thought. When the thought does arise, if there isn’t attachment to it, there will be unity instead of a you and me story…

The Conditioned Mind disunites people and sees them as different, but it’s not true; the only disunity is from a story. There is no true disunity, when you can understand that the nature of all disunity is only from the way you’re conditioned, it ceases to exist. At the core of this understanding is a oneness within, and thus a oneness with everything. This includes insects, animals, fish, plants, and humans, in essence the entire Universe, but don’t miss interpret this and make it a concept or theory. It’s a fact and this can only be truly sensed when the mind is very still and only when the mind is absent of any thought of disunity.

There has to be a oneness within yourself before there can be oneness with anything else. If this doesn’t occur it’s because you’re consumed by the thought realm and the thought realm is controlled by the disunity of the Conditioned Mind. Please don’t take this lightly, it’s the reason, greed, hate, and delusion are the default setting of so many minds. If there isn’t quietness, there’s noise, and if there’s noise it’s derived from one’s conditioning. Sit with this and notice when disunity arises and what’s at its core. Let it pass without labeling it, just observe and don’t attach to it. Remember the thought of disunity isn’t true disunity, it’s only a thought. When this thought arises as it will because of your conditioning, if there isn’t attachment to it there will be unity instead of a you and me story…

Influenced Mind Shaping

If you’re not aware of how your mind is shaped, there are plenty of influences that will shape it for you. Whatever is thought about and attached to becomes the influence that shapes your mind…

The mind is more like fluid than something solid like a brick or wood, but what happens is sometimes the fluid get hard and becomes solid. Also fluid will take the shape of whatever container it is in and that’s exactly what happens to an influenced mind, in this case the shape becomes whatever is attached to. The key when it comes to the mind is to make sure it’s in a container that takes on the shape of love. Fluids are influenced by many things and so is the mind influenced by many things. When one is aware of this the mind is less influenced, but it’s totally influenced when one is no awareness of this. The unaware mind will say jump and one will jump, and depending on the conditioning you may even ask how high. If you’re not aware of how your mind is shaped there are plenty of influences and people that will shape it for you; whatever is blindly attached to becomes the shape of your mind…

Look at the past presidential election here in the USA, see how one individual (container) has influenced so many minds. Whether you’re for or against him, it has been allowed to let him influence the shape of your mind. He is now the container whether you are for or against him and your mind has taken shape accordingly. Even though it seems like this was a choice, it really wasn’t. The question of any influence is does it have the shape of love? Whatever is thought about frequently becomes the influence of the mind; it has to because that’s how it’s shaped. This article is strictly to be viewed to see how all of this limits you, and to possibly allow you to see what container (attachment) is influencing the shaping of your mind…

Corrupted Reactions

Most reactions that occur in life are corrupted and are put in place by a corrupt government system. If your life isn’t experienced to its fullest potential, it’s your attachment to corrupted reactions that block it from being so…

Although things may seem to be a certain way, they’re not always as it seems. It’s difficult to see beyond your own mind when corrupt conditioning is brought into play. So much of what the mind holds onto is corrupt and is stored to be used at particular times, this blocks life from truly being experienced. Most people already have in place the way things are going to be handled, corrupted reactions are formed in this way.

Sports is a billion dollar industry because of this. Media uses certain words they know are going to corrupt people in a predictable way. Stores know exactly where to place products. It’s all based on presenting things a certain way so your corrupted reactions make them more attractive.

This occurs because the corrupted Conditioned Mind determines it. If you had no previous corrupted conditioning, none of the above methods would work, but this is not the case. One of the keys to not corruptly reacting is to develop some way to be in the present moment. The more you’re in the present moment the more life is experienced. When this occurs there’s a peace that passes all understanding because there’s awareness of the corrupt government system and your corrupted reactions are no longer seen as beneficial…

One-sided Opinions

One-sided opinions keep you attached to a world where there’s very little unity because there’s no room for truth. If you want to know the truth, the one-sided opinions will have to go…

The more one-sided you are about something, the more you’re attached to that opinion. It’s difficult to experience the openness of something if you’ve already decided how it is; to remain open one needs to limit their opinions. This is essential if there is be alignment with the Universe and see the truth beyond the things that you are attached to. Being one-sided on the things that have a hold on you will need to be let go of if the truth is to be seen; this hold is very subtle. Even the one-sided opinion on whether you like this post or not will keep you in the same place. This post can resonate with you without an opinion, but opinions seem to make the world go round. That doesn’t mean it’s a good thing, but that’s just an opinion.

I lived an existence that was very one-sided for most of my life and this caused much conflict with people who weren’t of the same opinion; wars are started over one-sided opinions. If you’re really honest with yourself you’ll see that every disagreement you ever had with someone was caused by being one-sided on an opinion about something. I’m not saying you shouldn’t stand up for truth, but truly knowing about something and being one-sided about it is totally different.

There’s a place of no opinion. If it’s not understood, you’ll never see truth and you’ll remain in a one-sided existence; when this is the place lived from there’s very little unity. When you can just be with life as it unfolds and not label it as this or that, you’ll be on the verge of truly experiencing life, multi-sided. When you’re not attached to everything forming a one-sided opinion, there’s truth to be with life as it is without the need of a one-sided opinion that just keeps you locked in the same place…

Truly Content

The only way one will ever be truly content is without the story that something other than this moment will provide contentment. When this is understood so will true contentment be understood…

Everyone has a story, no one goes through life storyless, but the story really isn’t the issue, it’s how the story becomes your controlling energy; that’s when issues arise. There other day there was a discussion going on about one of my post. How this affects me is how it’s made into a story, but it isn’t really a story, it’s just what’s happening. Since there are many who read my post there are many different versions of their story, none are the right or wrong one, they’re just what each one who reads them perceives because of the conditioning in place.

Here’s why storied energy creates an issue, someone posted yesterday how they were really looking forward to going on vacation tomorrow; this would mean right now they’re not content. Although this seems innocent it’s not because this simple statement blocks out truly living life and being content with life right now. This is the issue a story creates, it doesn’t allow you to be with the fullness of the life you’re actually living in this moment; it’s always when this or that happens. Create your own story, but that story is your block to your own freedom. The only way one will ever truly be content is without the story that something other than this moment will provide contentment; when this is understood so will true contentment be understood; without a needed story…

Made Up Purpose

The Conditioned Mind needs to make up a purpose for life. In the space of stillness everything just is and it’s clear that the purpose of life is to live with whatever’s there…

When this part of my life began it was with one thing in mind and that was to find a way to bring peace into my life. It has pretty much remained this way, but it seems to be naturally going to a different more deeper level. Our made up needs become our prison. I carefully watch how the mind, at least mine, wants to make up a purpose for life. These made up purposes are plentiful, but they’re all just made up; when the mind settles this will be seen.

Just be with what’s there is, don’t think about it, let it become a part of you. The first forty nine years of my life were lived to satisfy my I Self without much thought of anything else; this was done because that’s what was there. You will do what you do because of what’s in place and until this is realized, a true purpose will never be understood because a made up one will always be needed; that’s just how the Conditioned Mind operates. When the mind settles into quietness, no labels need to be applied to life. Only the Conditioned Mind needs to apply labels and make up a purpose. In the space of stillness everything just is and it becomes clear that the purpose of life is to just live with whatever is there; without the need to make up a purpose…

Imagined Disconnect

Feelings that aren’t based in facts are just a figment of the imagination. Stick with the facts and stay connected to life, or not and live a disconnected state of existence…

There are times that it seems there’s more of a connection with life than at other times, but it isn’t life that changes, life just is; it’s something in us that causes our disconnect. This is the same when we feel disconnected with people, it’s always something within ourselves that causes the disconnect. Even if there’s interactions with the most evil person alive, when you’re connected with life, you’ll have compassion for them because you’ll understand the prison they’re in. When a disconnect does occur, compassion is non existent and feelings turn to whatever your conditioning calls for. The more conditioning there is the more there’s a feeling of being disconnected, and what you’re disconnected from is Love.

No matter the circumstances, we only internalize our feelings and allow them to control our emotions when we come from a place to self-serve. The more the minds default setting is to self-serve, the more disconnected one feels from Love. Our connection to life is related to living in the present moment and how we rightly relate ourselves with that moment. The connection is because in the present moment the mind isn’t allowed to roam around in the past or future so by being present, you’re in full cooperation with what is, which puts you in cooperation with life. When you cooperate with life you’re connected to Love which connects you to life. So live now and live life, or not and live life in the imagined state of feeling disconnected…

Past Filter

Although what occurs always happens now, when it’s seen through the filter of the past you’re not with what’s actually occurring; you can’t be present when the past is being used as a filter to live now…

Living from past energy patterns isn’t something that jumps out at you, the patterns are a filter waiting for their opportunity. They don’t have to be glaring, nor do past energy patterns always manifest as totally destructive actions, but it’s destructive in the way it doesn’t allow you to be with what’s occurring right now; it takes you away from truly living life. You end up living the same life over and over, doing the same thing, getting the same results, basically it’s as if you’re stuck which only gets tighter each time the past filter is grabbed and brought into the present. You can’t be present for the present when the past is being used as a filter to live now. Much quietness will be needed to see the past filter and how it’s used.

Our past filtered energy patterns are very subtle and are deep, noticing this is the first step in one’s liberation from this energy. This energy is so controlling because it’s brought into the present and blocks the ability to live now; not many truly live in the moment of what’s actually occurring. Although what occurs now happens now, when it’s seen through the filter of the past one isn’t with what’s actually happening now. There’s so much past energy and only when there’s awareness of this can the past filtered energy patterns even begin to be broken. Watch the mind and how it constantly uses the past to filter living now. How you can tell something is being used from the past is by the label being applied to the present moment; when it’s all said and done, the present moment needs no past filter to be…

Delusional Reality

Understanding the nature of a delusional reality is one of the attributes of waking up, but it’s not the delusional world that you wake up from, it’s the delusional reality that runs your life…

What is the delusional reality that runs your life? A delusional reality manifest as you attach to your thoughts. The first thought about something is inconsequential, it’s the attachment to the second thought that forms the delusional reality. To understand the delusional reality there must be awareness of your attachments, desires, confusions, and the way your mind works; without this the puppet on string pattern prevails. Certain practices turn you inward to see this, if what you’re doing doesn’t turn you inward, you will remain a slave to your delusional state of mind. This is why nothing from the outside truly changes a person because the outside is part of the delusional reality. A delusional mind can’t fix itself, and as long as it’s reaching for something on the outside, it remains trying to fix itself and thus it remains delusional. Until this truth is seen, things will remain as they are because nothing is being done to change it.

You can only know what is known if there’s awareness of it. What this means is you have to develop mindfulness of what you’re doing as you’re doing it so there’s awareness of what’s being done. If you know what you’re doing as you’re doing it, it leaves little room for a delusional reality to control. Mindfulness is the single most important discipline to develop as it anchors you in the moment of what’s being done right now. Delusions only occur when you live in the story that there’s a past or future; mind made constructs keep the delusional reality in place. The present moment can be seen without making it a story (even though it passes as quickly as it arises) but the past and future can never truly be seen without a story; without the discipline to be present, the world is seen through a delusional state of mind thus reality is delusional…

Wanting Heart

Wanting from the heart is from the urging of the moment of what is as opposed to wanting from the head which is from a wanting to fulfill some Conditioned Mind desire of the flesh…

A want is a want is a want. There isn’t much difference between the want of a drink of alcohol, heroin, a piece of candy, sex, money, a certain social status, notoriety, enlightenment, and on and on. Why I say this is because whenever a want arises it means the mind has become agitated and it is looking for something to quiet the agitation; this means life is wanted to be in some other way. When this occurs and wanting is the base of a given moment, it makes what’s occurring in that moment arise from a mind that’s discontented.

By wanting the moment in some other way, what is being implied is that something is missing and is needed for completeness. If this wasn’t true there would be no wanting. There would be no wanting if one realized they already had everything that was needed for completeness. But want if that's what’s there, enjoy it and don’t want the wanting to be different. The value of the mind settling is priceless because it allows you to be aware of the unity energy of life. Here’s a story to show what can happen. It’s a story about a pumpkin patch where everyday the pumpkins fight with each other. The gardener who takes care of them would keep the peace as best he could, but to no avail the moment he left, the fighting would commence. One day the fighting was really out of control and the gardener suggested meditation to the pumpkins. Although the pumpkins were reluctant, they did it. The fighting finally subsided as the pumpkins settled down and became quiet.

As this quietness took hold, one of the pumpkins noticed there was something on top of his head. As this was investigated it was noticed that it went to the pumpkin that it was just fighting with. As these two discussed this and investigated this further, it was discovered that all the pumpkins in this patch were connected. It was also understood that this meant they were all connected. The awareness of this which arose from the quietness of meditating, showed their bond. No longer did the pumpkins fight, matter of fact they become one of the best producing pumpkin patches of their time.

Substitute the pumpkins with people and it really isn’t that far fetched. Without something in place that allows the mind to settle, most of the drama that occurs in life wouldn’t happen. The only way anything new is allowed into your life is if the old isn’t taking up all of your minds space. Space is needed to see what’s truly going on and if there isn’t any nothing new will be seen and the old will continue to run the show. Our connection as humans isn’t seen because of all the noise going on. Unfortunately it will continue until people notice as the pumpkins did, that we’re all connected and created from the same energy…

Objectionable Expectations

Objectionable expectations are noticed when things aren’t as they are wanted, but even when things are in your favor, the Conditioned Mind still controls because of how it clings…

Let go and be free or hold on and suffer, those are the choices. Expect things a certain way, but when they’re not, it produces the next step in the process to react to the results of objectionable expectations. When there’s expectations there’s labeling, and when there are labels, there’s clinging; this is how an objectionable mind is developed. The more you label, the more there’s expectations which make you cling. Even when things work out the way they are wanted there’s still clinging, but it’s not noticed as a problem because the situation is as it’s wanted. The objectionable mind clings to everything that’s labeled, and it labels everything so there’s clinging to everything, but it’s not noticed because of the focus on the things objectionable.

Life is one continuous expectation; it’s the disappointing ones that most think their mind clings to. Most people are unaware of the moment by moment labeling process. When the mind quiets enough to understand this, the labeling process of everything as this or that lessens and so do the objectionable expectations. This results in a mind that is free of clinging to the effects of objectionable expectations; without these expectations it’s impossible to suffer…

Awareness of Energy

The quality of life in this form is determined by the awareness of your energy output. As this energy builds on itself, awareness determines what the base of your life will be…

It’s very important to have awareness of the energy you live by, it will either come from the heart or the mind. There will either be awareness of this or not. When there’s awareness of this, living from the heart naturally becomes the way you live. Energy builds on itself regardless of what it is. To me, this is the “Law of Attraction” as it has been revealed. When there’s awareness of energy, there’s stillness which determines life’s direction; life arises from this stillness. This isn’t a doing, it’s a transformation occurring from stillness itself.

What’s unfortunate about this is the opposite is also true, at least this has been my experience. For years not being aware of this based my life with self-serving energy, and although I mostly got what I wanted, there wasn’t much satisfaction. This self-serving energy built on itself also and it doesn’t take a genius to see why my life prior to my shift was the way it was; the energy to self-serve manifested in the only way it could. What energy is in place will determine what manifests, there’s no way around this; you can only be what your energy is.

Sit with this awareness of energy and see how it builds on itself. Life doesn’t make it what it is, awareness makes it what it is. To a large degree we are all the creator of our own reality, and that reality will be determined by the energy you’re awareness of. Positive, negative, noisy, quiet, one of these will determine the direction of your life. It’s not up to the outside circumstances that determines this. Awareness of energy determines how what happens is dealt with, how it is built on, and the way future circumstances will be dealt with. You can only build on the energy in place and that’s determined by what your awareness is based in. The life you build is up to you, you alone are the creator of your reality because energy builds on itself…

Peace of Now

The only way you will ever be truly at peace is without the attachment that something other than this moment will provide peace. When this is understood so too will your peace be understood…

Everyone has attachments, no one goes through life without it, but attachment isn’t the real issue, the issues arise when the attachment becomes your controlling energy. A few years ago my mom was sick so I wrote the story of my mom not doing well. How it affected me is how I could have made it into an attachment, but there wasn’t attachment, I understood it was just what was happening. Since there are five siblings in my family, we all have a different attachment to my mom, none were the right or wrong one, they were just what each of us perceived.

Here’s why the controlling energy of attachment creates an issue. Someone posted how happy they were that in a few days they were going on vacation; this means right now they’re not happy. Although this seems innocent, it’s not because this simple statement blocks out truly living life and being at peace now. This is the issue attachment energy creates, it doesn’t allow you to be with the fullness of the life that’s actually occurring in the moment. It’s always the attachment to this or that. Fill in your own attachment, I will be at peace when______, whatever is added is the attachment energy that blocks your peace. The only way you will ever truly be at peace is without the attachment that something other than this moment will provide peace. When this is understood so will your peace of now be understood…

Impractical Tools

There’s an energy that occurs in life that keeps impractical tools in place without investigating them. The issue with this is how these impractical tools are passed on to others…

If there are impractical actions and reactions in your daily decision making process without investigation, there will be many decisions made without knowing what is truly practical. When these tools are passed on to others it equates to the blind leading the blind; very few people truly understand the Conditioned Mind. Without the discipline that provides some stillness, impractical energy is followed simply because it’s in place. To the Conditioned Mind there’s no need for questions because it has all the answers. Saying I’m not there yet is just crazy, and it’s a created block that hampers the ability to live in a practical way. If you’re not there yet wherever there is, you will never get there. What amazes me is how people settle for a place just because it’s comfortable and someone else says it’s practical.

To me, it’s mind boggling how a person holds on to what is impractical and doesn’t even consider there might be another way to see things. What’s mind boggling about this is how this impractical energy keeps you in a self created prison that causes suffering; life doesn’t cause suffering the impractical Conditioned Mind does. Unless you’re willing to sit and allow the mind to settle, the impractical energy of the Conditioned Mind will remain in place and you’ll continue to use impractical non beneficial tools that cause suffering. Here’s the real issue with this, these tools are passed on to others and this makes it as though the blind are leading the blind…
