Being An Enemy Of The Nation Is A Virtue In India (At Least For Writers And Scribes Etc.)

My Country, India, is a bizarre and quirky nation of many paradoxes. My personal opinion is that the excessive amount of freedom that is enjoyed by the citizens is the underlying cause for all these incongruities and anomalies. I will give a case study as an example.

The snuffing out of a human life is always deplorable beyond words, but these unfortunate things do happen all over the world. My nation is no different. But what surprised me were the hordes of frenzied and mad people raising hell like nobody's business, when a lady with a very strange name that I found difficult to even pronounce, let alone remember, was unfortunately killed by some miscreants. She was eventually laid to rest with full state honors, something that even martyred soldiers do not get in our country. I asked my friends as to what were the achievements of this unheralded and totally unknown person, but nobody had a clue, just like me. It was after a lot of research on the internet that I found out as to what the deceased person's claim to immortality was. She was a die-hard Anti-National and a rabid Hindu-basher (The majority community of India).

Herein lies the anomaly, the paradox. In order to be considered to be an intellectual, or a scribe, or a writer of consequence by the intelligentsia of India, one needs to be all or one of the following three i.e. Enemy of the Nation of India, Enemy of the Majority Community of India, and Supporter of Secessionists and Terrorists of all hues and colors and also a sympathizer to them, as well as all nations who support terrorists as part of their state policy. Whew!!!

This is what comes from too much freedom. Freedom to throw stones at your own soldiers in uniform, freedom to openly air Antinational, secessionist, pro-terrorist, pro-anarchist views, freedom to piss on the road, freedom to spit anywhere etc. etc.

Well, I am neither an Enemy of the Nation of India, or an Enemy of the Hindu Community, or a Terror/ Separatist Sympathizer. BUT I STILL DARE TO CALL MYSELF A WRITER. DO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO THIS?

YESS!!! I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO SO !!!! But then HOW???? You may like to ask as to what is the reason behind your apparent overconfidence?

It is just because of this little fact that being an enemy of the nation of India, and being an enemy of the world's oldest surviving civilisation and one of the most evolved cultures in the world, i.e. Hinduism, and being a terrorist and secessionist sympathizer, all cease to become 'virtues', once we cross the boundaries of this strange nation of India, and the polluted, twisted, and the hideous mindset that resides there.

  5. I know that this is a very complex issue, but Hindu Bashing has to relegated from being a very cool, fashionable, and intellectual thing to do, to the sewer mains, where this mindset really belongs . Self criticism is healthy. Self flagellation is not. And criticism should always be constructive. Making the world's oldest civilisation look like a bunch of fools is definitely not cool, and not the in thing.

    1. Thank you, Sir. We still have a long way to go. Hindus should first stop feeling apologetic for belonging to the world's oldest and most evolved and also the most scientific and tolerant civilisation

  8. Thank you. The literary community of India is a sham consisting of people who attack Indian value system, Hinduism, and portray India in a bad light like Arundhati Roy, Amish Tripathy and so on. The Brits love to see humiliation and denigration of anything and everything that is Indian, including vituperative and scurrilous abuse of our Indian culture and Vedic philosophy. The big publishing houses then offer you huge contracts (all big five publishers are from Britain), and will even reward you with Booker's prize, provided you manage to scar, tarnish, defame, and belittle India, Indian Culture, Value Systems and Hinduism sufficiently. In return, you are expected to support sedition, anti-nationals, terror, jihadis, Pakistan etc. which these so called 'writers', who are actually renegades and patently unscrupulous people like Arundhati Roy do most willingly and gleefully. The deal is , renege on your nation, insult your culture, make your countrymen, particularly the Hindus feel ashamed that they were born, and we will make you rich and famous. We will shower you with our pounds and dollars, give you awards, ensure that you are on the front pages of newspapers all over the world, provided you sufficiently kill the morale and dignity of Indians in general, and Hindus in particular. This is akin to the occidental concept of selling one's soul to the devil. I know that it's wrong, but I do derive some kind of vindication and satisfaction, every time that I see a terror strike in Britain. Karma catching up with the scumbag Brits. In a way, they deserve this and more.

  9. Thanks. These r the realities of India which is still suffering from the colonial hangover. The only two good things we got from the British are the beautiful language of English, and railways

    1. Thank You, we all need to contribute to this change. Hinduism is no way inferior to other religions of this world and is the most tolerant and peace-loving civilization, simply because we do not have stupid definitions and canards like 'True God' and 'False God", a flawed and inherently divisive concept in all Western religions. The basis of these religions is 'my god is true and all other gods are false'. This flawed definition of the divine, where there is a 'True DIVINE' AND A 'FALSE DIVINE' is the fundamental reason for their hatred for all others. For the liberal and all-encompassing Hindu, every God is right, true, and indivisible. So Hindus have absolutely no reservations to bowing down to insignia and symbols of all other religions, while the converse is impossible, as they are the ordained people, and all other people who do not agree with them, are all destined for hell, irrespective of their thought, conduct, and Karma. Just belieing in the so called 'TRUE GOD' is sufficient. After that, you can rape, murder, maim, cheat, rob, pillage and plunder, to one's heart's content, as the 'True God' will forgive his sins and stamp his VISA to heaven. What a charade!!!
